Aaron Santini, Pastor
Aaron was born in central Pennsylvania and grew up in Tucson, AZ. He came to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ his senior year of high school. He received a scholarship to play baseball at the University of New Mexico, and during his first college class he met his wife, Rita! The Lord used his junior year in college to grow him as a young man as he experienced the peaks and valleys of life. His mom passed away on Christmas Eve, and then in the Spring he was drafted and signed a professional baseball contract with the Minnesota Twins. Rita and Aaron have 5 awesome children, Taylor, JT, Nathaniel, Stephen, and Maddison. He went into full-time ministry with Fellowship of Christian Athletes in 2000. From 2002 until 2010 he directed FCA in Northern Colorado. In 2007 he helped plant Crossway Church in Greeley and completed their Pastors’ track. In the Fall of 2009, Aaron and his family began to gather a team to plant The Crossing in Fort Collins. The Crossing officially launched in March of 2010. Aaron is currently furthering his passion for the Lord through Covenant Seminary Online.
Gary McQuinn, Pastor
Gary grew up in Overland Park, KS where he trusted in Jesus Christ for salvation when he was twelve years old. During his senior year of high school, godly men challenged him to consider pursuing Christian ministry. After a period of resistance, God overwhelmed Gary with a call to pastoral ministry. Pursuing this sense of calling, he went to Northland International University where he earned a B.A. in Biblical Languages. During his time at NIU, God gave Gary a more specific passion for church planting. After graduating, he married his beautiful wife, Jamie, a longtime friend from his high school youth group. They moved to Virginia Beach, VA where Gary attended a Seminary for one year before transferring to Wheaton College where he earned a M.A. in Biblical Exegesis. After graduating from Wheaton, Gary and Jamie moved to Fort Collins, CO to join the Crossway Chapel church planting network. In January of 2010, Gary partnered with Aaron to help plant The Crossing. God has blessed Gary and Jamie with an energetic son, Noah, and a beautiful daughter, Alana.
Joey Nichols, Pastor
Joey came to The Crossing in August of 2010, and joined the Elder team in November of 2011.
